Norwich Union (NU) has launched its own breakdown service, in whichmotorists will be charged on the basis of their level of risk. NorwichUnion Rescue will be available for private car and van drivers whetherthey take out NU motor insurance or not.
The service will come with a string of extras. The vans will have hot andcold drinks for customers while their cars are being mended, a 'KeepTalking' service where the call-handler will make a call on the motorist'sbehalf and the motorist will have use
