Personal injury claims continue to be the biggest cause of concern among UK motor insurers, according to independent market analyst Datamonitor.
Its new report revealed that personal injury claims arising from road traffic accidents remained the single largest contributor to claims inflation, with total motor claims costs forecast to reach £10.9bn by 2012.
