NIG Network adds to its online armoury

NIG boosts its extranet with three new services in push to support business from its brokers

NIG has added an extra three services to its extranet, the NIG Network - including green cards and motorcycle cover - as part of ongoing plans to rollout more business functions to brokers.

Derek Gibbens, head of broker support, NIG explained that the extranet's main role was in communicating and promoting the company to brokers.

Broking profits fall at Saga

Underlying profit before tax in Saga’s insurance broking arm fell to £39.8m for the year ended 31 January 2024, compared with £71.5m in the previous period.
