CSC is set to introduce a new, web-enabled piece of analytical software into its claims management kitbag, designed specifically to help insurers manage personal injury claims more effectively. Real cases that have been closed will be used to ensure accuracy and consistency in personal injury claims settlement, which CSC said would ultimately help insurers control leakage and retain more profit. The software has been designed to allow claims handlers to ensure greater consistency of claims

Broking profits fall at Saga
