Willis has issued The Leadership Moment, a white paper detailing a new model for the insurance industry based on the three fundamental principles of client advocacy, transparency and innovation.
The Leadership Moment supports, encapsulates and elaborates on the themes put forward by Willis chairman and ceo Joe Plumeri at his keynote address at the annual membership meeting of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (Rims).
