Adler Fairways buys Mason Owen Financial Services

Adler Fairways Insurance Group has bought Liverpool-headquartered Mason Owen Financial Services, expanding into the North and East of England, Insurance Age can reveal.

It is the latest deal for Adler Fairways since Intact Financial Corporation invested in its parent company, UKGI Group, last year, also revealed by Insurance Age.

The transaction adds 36 people as well as branches in Liverpool and Norwich to the new owner, areas of the country Adler Fairways was not present in across its 13 offices and over 150 staff.

Along with being the furthest north the acquisitive firm has reached in its bid to grow throughout the UK, fellow chartered status holder commercial
