A couple of unrelated items of news caught my eye this week and in their own way they give me concerns for the future of our own industry, writes Ian Ritchie, director at RWA Group.
First, was the observation from a specialist mobile phone insurer that the incidence of new loss or damage claims jumps by about 50% during the month that a new version of the iphone is launched.
