IIB expresses concern over Aviva campaign

Trade body criticises Aviva over using BIBA's broker search facility for tv campaign

The chief executive of the Institute of Insurance Brokers Barbara Bradshaw has criticised Aviva's decision to use the British Insurance Brokers' Association 'Find a broker' search site in conjunction with its upcoming television campaign promoting brokers. She told Professional Broking: "I'm concerned that by not linking their campaign to the IIB's 'find a broker' facility as well, they could alienate our 1000 members. They could have had the IIB's search facility which really works."

Brokers push for more from RSA/NIG
