Brit Insurance Holdings has made two appointments to its operations division. Mike Thomas has joined as head of strategy and architecture and Kay Clancy has joined as head of business change. Thomas joins from Barclays, where he was business portfolio director for its UK banking operations. Clancy also joins from Barclays, where she was head of change implementation support throughout its branch network.
