Sirius Financial Solutions has acquired a majority share in Datasure Management Systems, based in New Zealand, as part of its strategy to expand its presence in the Australasian region.

Sirius aims to introduce its products through the Datasure customer base.

Datasure's minority shareholders in NZ, Vero Insurance and IAG, will remain as 12.1% shareholders, respectively. As the principal insurance companies in the region, they will continue an up to 18-year equity involvement with Datasure.
