As Professional Broking went to press, Brit Insurance sold more than 10m shares in the electronic trading platform Ri3k for £8.3m. The shares represent 56% of Ri3k's share capital and were sold to a consortium of investors comprising Eton Park, Numic Corporation, IPGL Insurance Services and Neil Eckert. Brit will retain a 20% stake in the company.
