Crowe Insurance Group is to move into the professional indemnity insurance and reinsurance market from 1 January 2000. This follows the appointment of former Catlin professional indemnity underwriters, Janet Helson and James Lewis.Ms Helson, who has been appointed underwriter, will head up Crowe's former engineering Syndicate 1204 with Mr Lewis taking the position of deputy underwriter.
Syndicate 1204's core book will focus on: PI cover for lawyers, architects, engineers and media workers
