Groupama Commercial has created a dedicated employers' liability claims unit.The insurer has set up the unit in repsonse to what it describes as the changing legal responsibilities and increasing culture of compensation. It believes the unit is the first of its kind in the UK.
Elaine Foster, who has previously worked at AGF and as a controller in Lombard's
personal injury unit, will head the unit. She will be assisted by claims controllers David Worsley and Darren Pemberton. Mr Pemberton
