The start of an epidemic?

The case of Edgar Hamilton v the Highway Syndicate could be the first symptom of a feverish debate on the ownership of business.

You could not have failed to notice that in the lead-up to the new
millennium my company has been embroiled in a legal wrangle with the
Highway Syndicate to protect our rights.


Can you imagine your reaction to an insurer which decides it no longer
requires your business and then proceeds to introduce your clients to your
