Oxfordshire-based broker FM Green has taken down the 'for sale' sign to concentrate on growth after a deal with Vega, part of the Primary group, failed to materialise.
The regulator was informed of the deal, which was due to complete in June 2005, however, final regulatory approval was not sought.
Despite receiving a number of offers from various interested parties keen to pick up FM Green, chairman Ian Richens said he was keen to concentrate on moving the business forward. "We want to expand
