Allianz Retail has appointed Adrian Mitri as director of operations and Tom Moss as director of underwriting. Before joining Allianz, Mitri was director of servicing for Lehman Brothers' mortgage subsidiary. Meanwhile, Moss succeeds Andy Beddall, who retires at the end of 2008, to oversee underwriting, pricing, product management and development. Moss has nearly thirty years' industry experience most recently with RSA.
