Independent Insurance may have had a few well-documented departures recently but, says Michael Bright, this is a good reflection on the company.

When you are in the front line, you expect to get fired at. People
love having a pop at Independent Insurance - and we take that as a
compliment.


If we were a nothing company going nowhere, no-one would have an opinion
about us - and I can say, without fear of contradiction, that everyone has
an opinion about Independent.
