Leicester-based Berkeley Burke has agreed to a six-figure out-of-court settlement in a dispute with Oval. Court proceedings were brought forward by Oval after four former employees joined Berkeley Burke's Luton branch, taking a number of Oval's clients with them without permission. Berkeley Burke's group chief executive, Tim Maxted, said he was "delighted" with the settlement (see Editor's Comment, p14).
