Products: Arag gives 24-hour crisis management support for policyholders
Arag has teamed up with public relations firm Chelgate to offer crisis management support as part of its policies.
Chelgate will represent the insured when facing the media and intervene in situations to maintain privacy. The service will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Arag claimed it was the first legal expenses insurer to launch such a product and said the offering was particularly suited to foster carers, high net worth individuals, day nurseries and care homes.
