ABI defends insurers on SME claims

Association responds to FCA review and says insurers “committed to delivering best possible claims service”.

The Association of British Insurers (ABI) has responded to a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) report which hit out at poor claims service for SME businesses.

Hugh Savill, ABI's director of regulation, defended insurers and said: "Insurers are committed to delivering the best possible service to SMEs.
