Policy for bands and DJs launched
Event Insurance Services develops product for musicians.
Event Insurance Service has launched a product for bands and DJ's following increased requests to add musician cover to policies for weddings, events, celebrations, occasions and other functions.
The product is an annual liability policy for "one man bands and groups of performers".
Liability
The insurer pointed out that most venues request that acts are covered for public liability and added: "This is an entry level product specifically and restricted to the amateur musician.
