Hiscox cuts legal panel
Insurer reduces number of legal advice firms and alters service standards.
Hiscox's UK retail business has reduced the number of firms it works with for claims legal advice from 45 to 13.
The provider confirmed that each panel partner had agreed to a number of new service standards which it claimed were designed to deliver a better claims service to both clients and brokers.
The revised Hiscox panel consists of Arthur Cox, Beale's, Berrymans Lace Mawer, Browne Jacobson and Clyde & Co.
Also on the list are DWF Fishburns, Kennedys, Lake Legal, Pinsent Mason, Reynolds
