Chris Giles in non-exec director move
Giles Insurance executive chairman Chris Giles will become the non-executive director of Giles and Ink Underwriting holding company Expectrum.
It came as the broker also confirmed it would support Mr Giles' US business project Ink Underwriting LLP, which will focus on wholesale broking and contain an MGA proposition.
Giles and Ink CEO Brendan McManus said: "With Chris spending more of his time on his US interests this is a logical change to make. I will work hard with my management team to continue the upward progress of the business to the benefit of our customers, our loyal staff and our shareholders."
