Professionalism: Chartered status not a silver bullet
This week’s video on Insurance Age saw Juliet Williams of Insure4biz.com explain why she was proud that her firm had achieved chartered status.
In response to the video Danny Cooper argued that service, efficiency and less reliance on small print were the best ways forward.
Mr Cooper wrote: "Look this [chartered status] isn't the silver bullet that's going to make the insurance industry loved and somehow more acceptable. A bit of service, efficiency and less reliance on the small print might do more good."
