Biba healthcare group founder resigns, labelling it a toothless tiger
The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba) healthcare focus group has been dealt a further blow with the resignation of one of its founder members.
Susie Colley, managing director of West Country Healthcare, stepped down from her position claiming the organisation does not cater for smaller brokers, according to Insurance Age's sister title Cover.
Ms Colley's actions have followed the departure of chairman Glen Smith and deputy Stuart Scullion. Head of technical services Peter Staddon, who led the group, has also recently announced his resignation from Biba.
