PIB Group has swooped to take David Martin from Aviva as its new group CEO, joining the broker in ‘early 2027’.

PIB confirmed it was on the hunt for a new CEO in September when Brendan McManus stepped down after 11 years in the role to be chairman of the board.

Martin, pictured, has worked at Aviva since April 2023 when he joined as managing director of UKGI distribution & SME, going on to become MD of UK commercial and chief distribution officer.
