Further changes at Brit as distribution boss bids farewell
Brit Insurance's head of distribution Tim Grant is leaving to join Dual Corporate Risks, Insurance Age can reveal.
A spokeswoman for Brit confirmed Mr Grant's departure but said it was too early to reveal who would take over his high-profile role. However, a source close to the situation said the current distribution leader for small business and personal lines, Vivek Banga, was in line to take up Mr Grant's vacated role.
His departure comes as Ray Cox succeeds Peter Burrows as chief executive of Brit's UK strategic business unit.
Mr Burrows announced his intention to retire in late 2009 and it is understood
