Allianz Commercial to boost productivity by 10%

Following a successful trial, Allianz Commercial has said it would take advantage of a bespoke solution from systems integrator LAN2LAN in a bid to create new efficiencies across the company’s risk assessment business.

The new technology from LAN2LAN has been designed to enable Allianz Commercial's risk control team to replicate data from the organisation's in-house IBM Lotus application directly onto BlackBerry smartphones. It is hoped the process will eliminate the need to duplicate the same information manually onto company laptops and then into the central corporate system.

As a result, the organisation said it expected to achieve significant benefits, an average of 10% increase in productivity in the 12
