Markerstudy's acquisition of Zenith completes
Following regulatory approval, Markerstudy Holdings has now completed the purchase of Zenith Insurance, incorporating Link Underwriting Agency and GHL Insurance Services.
In a statement, Markerstudy said: "The board would like to extend its thanks to all advisers and companies that assisted in this process from conception to fruition on Friday 19 February 2010.
"Zenith has joined a vibrant and dynamic team with its sights set firmly on building a substantial financial services organisation."
With UK offices in Sundridge, Tunbridge Wells, Chelmsford, Haywards Heath, Oxford and Birmingham, plus offices in Gibraltar, the Markerstudy Group comprises underwriting
