Allianz: fraudulent claims 'stable'

Graham Gibson: Insurer to publish monthly key performance indicators

Allianz has made the surprising revelation that it had not witnessed a rise in fraudulent claims, despite widespread speculation that the recession would precipitate an industry-wide increase.

The announcement came as the insurer announced a claims customer charter in a bid to help brokers and policyholders monitor its performance.

Aviva doubling down for customers, says Martin
