Alec Finch London has been acquired in a management buyout. In addition, risk management subsidiary Alec Finch Risk Services has undergone a management buyout but will continue to work with the group's clients in the UK and France. The moves follows the acquisition of Alec Finch Group by Verlingue and their merger in 2007. Executives here and in France are engaged in "project synergy" (see PB, December 2007, p.18-20) to create a unified Anglo-French business by 1 January 2009.
