Lloyd's specialist broker Thompson Heath & Bond has acquired niche specialist TL Clowes.The acquisition brings THB Holdings' annual brokerage to £21m and total number of employees to 260. TLC is best known for its motorsport schemes, and is made up of three subsidiaries: Lloyd's broker TL Clowes & Company, commercial broker TL Clowes (Warwick), and financial services provider TL Clowes Financial Services.
Former joint managing directors Paul Dudley and Karen Watson will hold senior positions
