GroupamaGAN has unveiled the next phase of its programme to integrate the operations of GAN and Lombard.The group has announced that personal lines business will be handled in Manchester with claims centralised in Birmingham. Commercial insurance will be processed by a decentralised regional commercial team based around five regional centres and five satellite branches in major business centres. The new teams are expected to be in place by early November.
