News that Bollington is planning to acquire FM Green has raised eyebrows, as the process is only at a premature stage. The acquisition would be FM Green's second attempt to find a new home after a deal with Vega, part of the Primary group, faltered late last year.
However, Bollington chairman Paul Moors confirmed a deal was on the table and that heads of agreement have been signed with due diligence soon to be underway.
