Royal & Sun Alliance (RSA) is to close its corporate commercial offices in Liverpool and Reading. The closures, which will take place by 31 March 2004, will affect 86 employees - 52 in Reading and 34 in Liverpool. The insurer said it had consulted fully with union representatives and that it would attempt to redeploy the affected individuals wherever possible.
