Adrian Brown has announced a number of changes to RSA's senior management and a reorganisation of its key divisions. RSA will replace its three existing business units with two new divisions - personal and commercial to be headed by Mike Holliday-Williams and Paul Donaldson respectively. UK strategy and marketing director, Gordon Henderson, will leave RSA. Neil Lightbown will join RSA from Zurich Financial Services in 2009, and has been appointed as underwriting director.
