The director of insurance at Moneysupermarket.com has resigned. Richard Mason has been with the aggregator since inception, having joined the firm's parent company, Mortgage 2000, just before its brand was established. Mr Mason took charge of the insurance business in 2003.
Prior to joining the price comparison website, Mr Mason was controller of commercial lending at Britannia Building Society, where he helped set up subsidiary intermediary lender Verso. He was then introduced to Simon Nixon
