Royal & Sun Alliance (RSA) has re-launched its enhanced fleet product to help clients meet 'duty of care' requirements towards at-work drivers.

FleetActive has been designed for members to meet the health and safety issues that employers face when meeting their duty of care.

The law states that a vehicle is a place of work. Therefore, employers and managers have a commitment to their workers to ensure the safety of everyone that works for them, including drivers.
