I agree with all the points made in the newsstory ‘Flat owners at risk of having dualinsurance’ (Insurance Age, December 2006),however, again it is a matter of when a client‘goes direct’ they receive little in the way ofprofessional advice and, as in this example, theadvice can be wrong.
