Products round-up: Travel and terror top the products

In recent weeks we’ve seen the emergence of new terror, risk and travel cover or at least a new shared language among innovative insurers.

The ever changing threat across the globe saw Lloyd’s coverholder Inperio and Syndicate Ark 4020 unveil a terrorism product aimed at brokers operating outside of the London Market. It has been designed so retail brokers can give their clients an alternative to the historic Pool Re Terrorism coverage.

Travel insurer Voyager brought two new products to the market for people travelling to high-risk areas and expatriates worldwide. Meanwhile, LGBT insurance provider Emerald Life kept to the theme of
