I am delighted to report that 2010 has been an excellent year and I can report results well above plan. These figures reflect two unplanned events.

The first of these was a continued period of good weather so far as insurers were concerned. There were no major storm or flooding issues and while December was the coldest on record with high levels of snow, the thaw was gradual and produced burst pipes claims that were within plan. Because of the snow, December was a period of low
