Can someone please tell me the point of Mystery Shopper in Insurance Age? This is a trade magazine, so most people reading it are already in the trade and will not, therefore, be looking to pick out a good insurance broker for their own insurances. It seems to me that this page is nothing more than a waste of time for those unfortunate enough to receive a visit, for no real benefit other than to justify some reporter's existence.
