It amused me to read about Broker Network's Grant Ellis threatening to take legal action against Our Network and Purple for allegedly lifting phrases from his company's marketing material.
This is not the first time networks have conducted their squabbles in the public domain. You only have to go back a few months to find Willis' Brendan McManus claiming Broker Network members would start to leave in droves following the sale to Towergate.
