It seems incredible that an individual with a criminal record can slip through the net in relation to the regulation of insurance brokers with the Financial Services Authority.
The article suggests that it is a lengthy and expensive process to secure information from the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and I wonder why this seems to be the case. We are now living in a
