Express Gifts to pay back £12.5m for insurance mis-selling
Firm was authorised to sell general insurance products but delivered cover with “little or no value”.
Direct mail order and online business Express Gifts has agreed to pay approximately 330,000 customers a total of £12.5m for insurance products that offered "little or no value".
The firm, which was authorised to sell general insurance products, reached the agreement with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) after conducting its own quality assurance activity.
