CFC expands medical malpractice capacity

The underwriting agency said the product is a Lloyd’s backed flexible package.

Specialist lines underwriting agency, CFC, has expanded its presence in the UK medical malpractice insurance market with the launch of a new product offering.

The cover offers public liability, employers' liability and legal expenses.

In addition, cyber and privacy cover is offered as an optional extra, including loss or breach of data held in the cloud, cyber extortion and hack attacks on third parties emanating from the insured's computer systems.

The product is backed by a Lloyd's consortium

Applied updates on commercial push
