Alan Boswell confirms S-Tech buy

Expanded group has over 300 staff and more than £82m in GWP.

Alan Boswell Group has confirmed the acquisition of S-Tech Insurance Services, as revealed by Insurance Age.

Founded in 1982, S-Tech has more than 65 employees based at its head office in Cambridge and will retain its name and all staff.

The deal sees gross written premium for the expanded group rise to £82m and staffing numbers exceed 300.
