New marine MGA Fiducia launched with Hiscox backing

BP Marsh bought a 25% stake in the MGA for a total consideration of £75,000.

Leeds-based Fiducia, a new marine cargo managing general agency (MGA) has been launched and is backed by capacity from Hiscox and other Lloyds's syndicates.

Established by its CEO Gerry Sheehy, Fiducia is a registered Lloyd's coverholder which provides insurance solutions across a number of marine risks including cargo, transit liability, engineering and terrorism insurance.
