Gable seeking solvent run-off solution
Liechtenstein insurer says it wants a solution led by its management and assisted by an A-rated insurer.
Gable has confirmed that it is seeking an alternative solution to administration which is currently being led by special administrator PwC.
The Liechtenstein insurer advised it was seeking a solvent run-off solution. A statement read: "Gable is in discussions with its regulator regarding an alternative solvent run-off solution led by its management and assisted by an A rated reinsurer.
"Gable's proposed solvent run-off solution will be considerably more cost effective than the £4m per annum
