Cavere Insurance launches Flood Re enabled home insurance

Product for brokers is underwritten by Ageas.

Cavere Insurance has launched a buildings and contents insurance policy that it said provides affordable cover for homes affected by flooding.

According to the company its new policy comes as the main broker software houses lag behind the direct to consumer propositions.

The product offers cover up to £1m for buildings and up to £60,000 for contents with an excess of £250 for flood claims.

The new offering is underwritten by Ageas Insurance.
